Last Sunday, September 9, 2018, many Jews across the world came together to observe Rosh Hashanah, known as the New Year in the ancient Hebrew calendar.
This holiday marks the transition from the Jewish year 5778 to 5779. On our secular calendar, we are now into that new year of 5779 since September 10, 2018.
The Lord spoke to me that this Jewish New Year 5779 is a crucial period of decision-making and preparation for much harvest, and launching into the new for most people.
I see a shift, a kairos time, an opportune moment in time. It’s up to you to seize it. Whatever God has told you to do, press in!
The Holy Spirit is saying, “it’s your time to step through and occupy the door to possess your inheritance.” God is saying, “in the coming months, get ready for My suddenly’s, shifting, and surprises”! Get ready for year 5779 is full of mighty surprises!
Happy Rosh Hashanah to the French Jews and all Jewish families around the world. May the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob perpetually fill your homes with joy and protection from all of your enemies.
This is our prayer to the nation of Israel and to all the Jews this Rosh Hashanah:
“The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.”

We were fortunate enough to witness a joyful celebration in the streets of Jerusalem during our visit to Israel in April 2018.
